Everyday Law with Host, Bob Clark Returns featuring a conversation with Maryland Supreme Court Justice, Michele Hotten ( Retired) making a fascinating appearance

After, a sixteen month hiatus, Bob Clark and Everyday Law returned to the airwaves featuring an extended interview with Michele Hotten, who recently retired from the Maryland Supreme Court.

Justice Hotten has appeared on the program numerous times previously and has been a particularly popular guest with the listening audience and of course, the host.

This program was more extended and delved into some non-legal topics, including Justice Hotten's musical interests, literary inclinations and film favorites.

In the musical realm, Michele favors jazz singer, Lindsey Webster and of course Prince. In literature, Charles Dickens A Tale of Two Cities and in film she showed a predilection toward classic films including It Happened on 5th Avenue, You Can't Take it with You, Sgt. Rutledge and Mr. Smith Goes to Washington.

As always, some discussion concerning appellate advocacy and the judicial decision-making process was undertaken as well as a discussion of some prominent dissents written by Justice Hotten.
