A host of important topics were discussed with particular focus on the impending eviction crisis in the aftermath of covid-19. Efforts are under way to make provision for free or reduced fee legal counsel in landlord tenant cases.
While there are a variety of ways such an arrangement could be accomplished, the present school of thought contemplates a structure rather like public defender or state's attorneys offices with their focus on ensuring fair represenation in landlord tenant cases.
