Everyday Law has returned to the airwaves with Tim Whitehouse and Kevin Bell joining host, Bob Clark courtesy of Howard County Community College.
These gentlemen work with PEER, Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility. Their important work involves protecting the public and governmental whistle blowers regarding dangerous environmental hazards that might otherwise go undisclosed. The organization was founded in 1992 and grew out of concerns regarding clear-cutting in Western forests.
The work of PEER has vastly expanded its bailiwick to many other realms of public health issues and focuses on FOIA and other information act requests to buttress fair-minded analysis of potential threats to the eco-system and the public.
